Location: El-Cajon | On-Site | Full-Time

Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a solid commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customer’s first point of contact, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, address inquiries, and provide information about our services.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule installation and service appointments, coordinating with customers and our field teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services and gather feedback.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, installation, and service teams, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Sales Support: Assist with inbound sales inquiries, providing information and transferring leads to the sales team as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC, construction, or related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications. Experience with scheduling software is a plus.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
