Role Overview:

We seek a passionate and experienced Customer Service Representative to enhance our HVAC and solar operations team. In this role, you’ll maintain our commitment to excellent customer service, foster meaningful customer relationships, and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative – HVAC/Solar

Location: 1256 Fayette St, El Cajon, CA 92020

Type: Full-Time

Salary: $20.00 per hour + Bonus Incentives

Work Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM, Every Weekend

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume outbound and inbound communications, providing solutions and information.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to team efforts while managing individual responsibilities.

  • Minimum two years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in typing (40wpm) and strong computer skills.
